Your recovery is private
What we store
Your account email, your assessment answers, the recovery profile derived from them, your daily progress, your journal entries, and the support categories you open. Nothing else.
Who can see it
Only you. Every record is tied to your account and protected at the database level, so one account can never read another's data. Journal entries are never reviewed, published, or shared.
Before you create an account
Assessment answers you enter before signing up are held in your browser only. They move to your account when you sign in, and are cleared from the browser afterwards.
Generated guidance
When you request support for a difficult moment, the category you chose and minimal context may be sent to a text-generation service to assemble practical steps. Your journal entries are not sent.
Deleting your data
Your account page has a single control that permanently removes your assessment, recovery profile, progress, journal and support history. Deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed.
